"Store" refers to Blueberry Supermarket, located at 75 Pillyar Koil St, Potheri, Chennai.
"You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
All orders placed through our website or WhatsApp are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection team.
Pricing: While we strive to ensure all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We currently deliver to select areas in and around Potheri, Chennai. Delivery areas are defined by the admin panel. If you are outside our delivery zone, we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund (if applicable).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by operational issues or weather conditions. We will attempt to communicate delays via WhatsApp.
Payment can be made via:
Ownership of goods transfers only upon receipt of full payment.
Customer Cancellation: You may request cancellation by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone within 15 minutes of placing the order. If the order has already been processed/packed, cancellation may not be possible.
Store Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or delivery constraints. In such cases, no payment will be deducted (for COD) or a full refund will be initiated (for online payments).
Returns: Perishable grocery items (fruits, vegetables, dairy) are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and freshness concerns. In case of damaged or incorrect items, please report within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to our WhatsApp number for a resolution (replacement or store credit).
Unless otherwise stated, Blueberry Supermarket and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blueberry Supermarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
